1. Our Services

ServiceCaddie provides marketing, automation, and reputation tools designed to help local businesses:

Generate leads

Improve visibility on Google Business Profile

Rank on AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

Collect and manage customer reviews

Automate communication with customers

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using our Services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials within ServiceCaddie are owned or licensed by us.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business.

You may NOT:

Copy or resell the platform

Reverse engineer or modify the software

Use our branding without permission

3. User Responsibilities

By using ServiceCaddie, you agree that:

Your information is accurate and up to date

You are at least 18 years old

You will not use the platform for illegal purposes

You will comply with all communication laws (SMS, email, etc.)

4. Client Responsibility for Messaging & Data

You are fully responsible for:

Obtaining consent before contacting customers

Complying with laws like TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.

Ensuring your contact lists are lawful and accurate

ServiceCaddie does NOT verify consent.

You agree to indemnify us for any misuse of data or messaging.

5. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure

All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed via Stripe

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

You authorize recurring billing

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime inside your account

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

7. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use ServiceCaddie to:

Send spam or unsolicited messages

Violate privacy or communication laws

Mislead or defraud others

Upload malicious code

Scrape or exploit platform data

8. User Content & Contributions

If you submit content (reviews, messages, etc.):

You retain ownership

You grant us a license to use it for platform functionality and marketing

You are fully responsible for your content.

9. Third-Party Integrations

ServiceCaddie integrates with platforms like:

Google Business Profile

Social media platforms

CRMs and third-party tools

We do NOT control these platforms and are not responsible for:

Review visibility

Ranking outcomes

Platform changes

10. Messaging & Automation

By using ServiceCaddie, you authorize us to send:

SMS messages

Emails

Automated review requests

on your behalf.

You control:

Message content

Frequency

Timing

You are fully responsible for compliance and messaging outcomes.

11. Data Use & Storage

We store your data to:

Operate the platform

Improve services

Maintain records

You may request data deletion by emailing:

12. No Guarantees

ServiceCaddie does NOT guarantee:

Number of reviews

Rankings on Google or AI search

Business results

Results vary based on your business and usage.

13. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

Accuracy

Performance

Results

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ServiceCaddie is NOT liable for:

Lost revenue or profits

Reputation damage

Data loss

Third-party actions

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous month or $500 (whichever is less).

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify ServiceCaddie against any claims arising from:

Your use of the platform

Your customer data

Your messaging practices

Violations of law

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms

You misuse the platform

Required by law

You may cancel at any time.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

18. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court.

No class actions

No jury trials

19. SMS Messaging

Message/data rates may apply

Users can opt out by replying STOP
